Zosia Mamet

Titled No Method, Just Mamet, this portrait series nods to Zosia Mamet’s lineage—her father is the playwright David Mamet—while focusing squarely on her own presence. With a face as bold and defined as her name, I approached the shoot to emphasize structure and form. Her hair was pulled into a severe bun to fully reveal her bone structure, while the wardrobe was chosen for its angular silhouettes, echoing the planes and geometry of her face. The resulting images are marked by clarity, restraint, and a deliberate alignment between styling, form, and expression.
