Simon, Dallas, Tyler, Tom, in “Pimp Mafia Misfits”

Pimp Mafia Misfits is a fashion editorial staged in Brighton Beach, a New York neighborhood long associated with organized crime mythology and its coded masculinity. The shoot brings together leading male models, high-fashion designers, and an intentionally charged setting to explore power, performance, and disguise. Casting my father as a mafia godfather, the narrative gently satirizes the genre’s familiar tropes—construction sites, coastal dumping grounds, men at work—reframing them through the language of fashion. The result is a study in contradiction: menace softened by elegance, criminal fantasy rendered fabulous.
