Amanda Murphy in “Dans Le Nior”

Model Amanda Murphy arrived at our set in her pickup truck. Our set was a Hudson Valley cemetery dating to the mid-1800s. The location informed the editorial's tonal restraint. Dark designer looks by Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Akris, and others were used to reinforce a subdued, emo-leaningatmosphere shaped by place, material, and presence rather than overt narrative.
